Pharmacologic Action
Berberine is the effective antibacterial component of product, so its pharmacological action is similar to coptis chinensis, but its content is lower than coptis Chinensis.
In vitro tests, Staphylococcus aureus, pneumococcus, Bacillus diphtheria, Streptococcus vibrio vibrio cholerae, Bacillus anthracis were effective or had strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, pneumococcus, Bacillus diphtheria, Streptococcus vibrio vibrio vibrio, Bacillus anthracis. It can also inhibit Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus pertussis and Bacillus tetanus. It had no direct inhibitory effect on H37Rv and Mycobacterium avium, but could reduce the number of bacteria, but showed inhibitory effect when the concentration reached 1%.
Processing Method
